When you complete all 4 courses in this certificate, you will earn 4.5 continuing education units and will be able to:
These tools are commonly sought after by senior management when identifying high-potential employees and awarding promotions as well as other growth opportunities.
The classes are asynchronous, meaning you do not need to log in at a certain time or day. Class content includes a mix of instructor-presented videos, short readings, projects, practice exercises, and occasional quizzes. Discussion boards are open at all times, and some level of participation is required.
While we do not require you to move through the program in a set order, we strongly recommend the following sequence: Strategic Leadership, Finance and Accounting, Strategic Innovation, and then Strategy and Operations.
These are non-credit courses. You will earn 4.5 continuing education units (CEUs) if you complete all 4 certificate courses, however, CEUs cannot be transferred to other degree programs, such as an MBA.
Non-credit courses are a great way to enhance your skills, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and expand your professional network without the commitment of a full degree program.
